•  if your keys have been accidentally damaged to the extent they will not work;
•  if the locks to your home have been damaged during illegal entry to the extent that they can no longer be used to secure your home.

If the problem involves theft or forced entry to your home (or attempted forced entry) you must report the problem to the local police as soon as reasonably possible and obtain a crime reference number. Failing to do so may invalidate your insurance claim.

We will then arrange for an expert locksmith to help resolve your problems and, if required, make your home secure.
