Our expert agents will work out the best way to help you resolve or avert difficulties.

Then, when you are safe and ready to, we will contact you to start an insurance claim so that we can reimburse you for any costs you have incurred and any personal possessions you may have had stolen.

We will contact friends and family to let them know what has happened

We’ll send a message to your friends and family to let them know what has happened and that you are safe. If you can't remember their numbers, don't worry if you have registered their details with us, we will do that for you either by phone call, email or text.

We will arrange for you to get to a place of safety

We will get you home - We will arrange emergency transport home or accommodation for the night - whichever is the most feasible under the circumstances

We will provide access to money should you require emergency cash, with our Gold Cover

If you suffer an emergency and have no access to funds, following the loss or theft of credit or debit cards, traveler’s cheques or cash, we will provide you with emergency cash up to a maximum of £100, with our Gold Cover.

We minimise the risk of fraud by cancelling your personal belongings

We will, through your airtime provider, arrange for the cancellation of your mobile phone and credit / bank cards to prevent them being used by anyone else if they have been lost.

The possessions you carry with you are insured against theft while outside of your home (anywhere in the world). There is no need to register items it doesn't matter how old they are. It covers everyday items that you carry with you including (but not limited to) PDA's, IPOD's, MP3's, Cameras, Laptops, Portable Games Consoles, Handbags, Cosmetics etc.
